    I can give you the tools and reports but would need a little more information. How many months are you behind? Has the bank filed a notice of trutees sale? Is this your primary residence?

    You may qualify for the HAMP program which includes a 3 months trial period at a new rate and a payment not more then 31% of your monthly income. If you qualify it can be a great deal with government incentives for the lenders to participate. Email or post a response with the answers or feel free to call. Everyones circumstances are unique so I would prefer to taylor my response to your particular circumstances.
